About the Youth Rescue Squad Project
Extreme weather events are becoming more frequent and intense across Europe – but being prepared makes a real difference. The Youth Rescue Squad project supports young people in understanding what climate risks look like in their communities, how to anticipate them, and how to respond safely and effectively when needed.
Throughout the project, you will build practical skills to prepare for climate-related challenges, strengthen your ability to think critically in situations shaped by misinformation and disinformation, and learn how to protect yourself and others. By combining hands-on training with knowledge on prevention and preparedness, Youth Rescue Squad helps you become part of a new generation that contributes to stronger, more resilient communities.
